Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I'm making a wedding cake in August of this year. The cake is going to be cover in fondant. The bride wants cream cheese filling with raspberries. She is a good friend and I want her day to be special but I"m not sure about the filling and heat. I usuall make the cake the day before the event. It Saturday at 6pm. I sure it is going to be very hot. Can anyone help?
