Just thought i would share this tip. using any left over cake from carving etc crumble it up and mix with 30g (1oz) of melted chocolate to every 30g of cake crumbs. roll into ball shapes and place in small paper cases. decorate with melted chocolate, sweets or anything else you have handy. they taste lovely and will work with any type of cake mix/chocolate. alternatevly box them up to make cute gifts. x icon_biggrin.gif

You can also use frosting, jam, or flavored coffee creamer as a binder
