I am SO happy! It has been a long and frustrating road, but I have the food license in hand, my insurance, registered my name and have my tax id #. I am ready to go!

YEAH!@!!!!! Now I have to try to do as much advertising as I can. I just want to thank all of you CC'ers for your help with everything from recipes to sharing your knowledge/experience to encouragement and of course - the kicks in the butt that I needed so much!
