Hey guys,
Cutting dowels is such a pain, I was wondering if there is a trick or a tool that can help. I have been using a serrated knife, sanding the end and then washing. Is there an easier way?

I have a small cheap pair of pruning shears that I bought just for dowels. They snip right through the wood, just as they would a branch-easy peasy.
