It's been awhile since I've posted. Been really busy. =) Haven't made a lot of cakes since my mom was "diagnosed type 1 diabetic" (not that at all she has adrenal burn out...which affects the pancreas which makes it look like she has sugar)
So my sister's best friend recently asked me to make a cake for her daughter's 1st birthday. A lady she goes to church with saw the cake and asked her who made the cake and would I be willing to make one for her daughter's 11th birthday this Sunday. 
I was completely floored. LOL I've never had someone do that and I'm really excited!
How exciting! It's a nice feeling to get referrals, isn't it? It almost makes it all worthwhile!
