I am new to this cake decorating lark and need some advice on how to make a piano made of pastillage or gumpaste. I live in New Zealand and haven't been able to get Tylose yet, so only have gum tragacanth. It is for my Mum's birthday in a couple of weeks. I've thought of making the piano as a topper - any other ideas?
