I attended classes at the cia and they use these nice blue cake dummies
I can not find them online
Does anyone know where to get these??

why didn't you ask when you were there? Give them a call and ask the worst thing that can happen is they tell you they can't tell you.

BTW: never seen a blue cake dummy. Wonder if it is something the teacher had cut for the class, to save $$

Some building supplies stores carry it in their insulation dept. It's also sold to taxidermists for use in ugh...their work.

according to various google searches, it is available from 3/4" thick to 3" thick and sold in sheets. Soooooooo, next time you're at the building supplies store, check out their insulation dept.

My search did not produce any blue dummies. Like peg818 stated, it may have been cost effective for the instructor.

dow produces the blue styrofoam if that helps any in your search.
