Hello All,

I wanted to know if I can use fondant pieces on a cake covered in either ganache or chocolate frosting?

I want to cut out words and attach the fondant to the cake, will it hold or that's not a good idea?

The person I'm making the cake doesn't want fondant, just chocolate frosting. I think ganache would be a more pretty presentation.

What do you think?

fondant letters will stick I would go for it.
