I know there is a cake ball thread I have read it and I am reading it again, but I didn't write down my notes icon_smile.gif

I just made some red velvet cake balls that my family will gladly eat, but my question is, will they keep for Valentine's day orders?

Also, I am packaging them by the dozen for valentines day and I haven't found a way to package them that I like yet.. any suggestions? they are a little larger than 1.25 inches, but not quite 1.5 I use a small scoop to make them

thanks in advance!

Hi there. I just pulled some out of the freezer that I've had in there for over 3 months...tastes as yummy as the day I put them in there! icon_lol.gif I just double wrapped them in plastic wrap and sealed in a plastic bowl. hth

I put mine in the mini cupcake papers and you can buy candy boxes that will hold a dozen perfectly. Here's a photo from another ccer that packaged them that way http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1543306
