Does anyone know where I can find a conversion chart to find out how many servings I would get out of a 15" layered square cake? Erlene's and Wilton's do not show a cake of this size or even close. I would appreciate any help you could give. Thanks!!!

Square cakes are easy to figure out, here's how.

A standard wedding serving is 1 x 2 x 4"

So 15- 1" cuts across by approx 7 rows (since 15 divided by 2 isn't an even # I round up)

15 x 7 =105 approx servings assuming it's a 2 layered tier.
