Ok, Ok, I know I am shamlessly tooting my own horn, but I am so excited and pleased with how this cake turned out that I must share!! It turned out exactly as I pictured in my head (and as a newbie, that is something that doesn't always happen!!), and everything worked wonderfully. Plus it was very, very tasty and my best friend loved it!!

Thanks everyone!!!! I am very proud!! I didn't like the last cake I did very much, so this one has restored my faith in my ability to continue this hobby!! The hardest part was having to pick all those flowers off in order to be able to serve it...I have problems with the serving part...this is a very "Zen" art form!
