I have left my office job to get into cake decorating, I have been doing it as a part time hobby for several years and would like to be paid for it. I have a job interview on Monday and they said could I come and put together a cake for them. Does anyone have any tips as to what I should expect. I think I am good at what I do, however, I know I still have a lot to learn. Any thing would help! Thanks

Is this for a grocery store bakery or a private bakery?

Private bakery as a custom cake decorator, not a production worker.
