How do people transfer heavy multi-tiered cakes from worksurface to car to venue? I've not got great strength in my hands, now have tendonitis from rolling fondant icing so lifting heavy cakes is an added problem!! My dream is for someone to invent a trolley that rises and falls with whatever height is needed. Hydraulic ones are far too heavy. Any ideas?
