I'm sure this is a repeat question, but I can't seem to find a previous post. How long can I keep gum paste decorations? I know they last a while, but can I make them several weeks or even a month in advance? Will they crack or discolor? I need to make almost 100 gum paste roses and I'm a full time student, mother of 2 and only do this as a hobby. The further I can make them in advance, the better.

Sure you can. They'll keep for months. Just keep them out of sunlight and not in an airtight container. Just on trays in a cabinet or something will work.
