How Do I Make Gum Paste White

I want to make some white roses, and I use the Nicholas Lodge store bought gumpaste. How can I make it white, white, instead of off-white? Will adding Bright White coloring suffice?

Hmm... when I make Nic Lodge's GP it's bright white. Wonder why the premade isn't? Adding the bright white should help.

Don't laugh but when I make wilton's it's white also.
