Since you're asking this in the business forum, I'm asssuming you have a pricing matrix in your business plan?
Yes, I do. Thanks to Alice! I have no problem pricing ingredients etc. I'm just wondering how much it would go for?
Well, the gosh honest truth is anywhere from (sorry to say) .34 cents a serving to $20 per serving.
Assuming that that is a 9" square, 6" round, buttercream with fondant accents and a hand-crafted ice skate on top, I would charge:
45 servings (Earlene) x 4.50 per serving = 202.50
Ice skate: $50
Total: $252.50 (delivery not included)
But that is just me. No one can tell you exactly what you should charge.

Hope this helps!
Basic cake is nothing special, so 3.50 base rate x 52 servings = 182 + 15 for wired thingys and 75 for that skate if it has to be handmade = 272 total (not inc. delivery).
For the record, ALWAYS start with the Wilton wedding servings chart. Otherwise you're giving away cake for free.
Thank you all for thoughts and information! It is extremely helpful! The ranges that were given were exactly what I thought
