Thanks for the link but they are all pictures. How can I create it with gumpaste? How do I do the crystal effect?

I've never done this before, but I've been thinking about trying it. I would use white gumpaste and then paint it with luster dust to get the sparkle/shine. Hopefully someone else who was done it will chime in for you.
