On the Sweet Wise website (in Nashville) it says, "We have a delicious (yes, it's true!) rolled fondant that you won't find in the craft store aisle."

Does anyone happen to know what brand they're talking about?

I'm planning to call on Monday, but thought maybe one of you might know.

Well the only fondant you find in the craft stores (at least around here) is Wilton. Maybe some have Satin Ice? But I doubt it. So... it could be any number of fondants... including Satin Ice.

Maybe it's Fondarific. They have some terrific flavors of fondant available. They're easy to work with, too.

There is also Chocopan or FondX... lots of them you have to order or get at the cake decor' store.

I think it's just NOT Wilton.

Yeh, it's not Wilton because they say they have Wilton in the sentence before the one I posted, lol. So it's like, "We have Wilton.. AND we have GOOD tasting stuff!"
