Im going to do an angel food cake, but i've got no ideas at all!
The only thing that pops into my mind is ganache but I'm not sure.
Do you know anything that's gonna be good for the cake?
Can i fill the hole? (probably wont get eaten though) with something like fruit?
I can do marshmallow fondant but I cant do buttercream, since I dont really like the butter flavour.

ANY ideas is appreciated, thanks

(PS, cant get any fruit thats outside the season, like strawberries. They are just not really good right now!)
