So I have now officially made my first WASC cake tonight. I heard it is this fantastic cake so I've been anxious to try it.
What is or would be a great new frosting / icing to try with it? Or what goes best with it? The last 5 cakes I've done have been chocolate with ganashe it seems, so I was hoping for something with a bang.
