How do I color white modeling chocolate? Right now I only have Wilton colors.

What color are you trying to get? I can't help out much. I've only used modeling chocolate once . Though, I did manage to get a nice flesh color by mixing a few peanut butter candy melts in with the white candy melts.

I knead it in just like I'm coloring fondant.

I use the candy color oils. I've heard of some folks having luck using the gel colors, but I'm too wimpy to try that. With all the time spent making modeling chocolate, I'd hate for it to seize on me, and with my luck, it would happen! icon_biggrin.gif
