try the WASC combinations, substitute the coffee or cinnamon flavored coffee creamer for the liquid in the recipe

I've made a cinnamon bun cake before and I'm sorry but I no longer have the recipe but I found it on allrecipes. com and you may find coffee flavored cake as well. good luck

I would suggest making the Mermaid Butter cake (http://cakecentral.com/recipes/4313/vanilla-butter-cake-from-the-mermaid-bakery) and using the flavored creamers instead of the buttermilk in the recipe. Coffee Mate makes a cinnamon bun flavor. Also a Kaluah cake is fantastic! Use the same recipe but substitute 1/2 coffee and 1/2 Kaluah for the buttermilk.
