Icing Ribbon Edging

I'm a novice cake maker but saw this edging on a bakery website gallery & thought it may not be as hard as it looks? Any advice/tips on how to do this would be great.

Looks like a rose tip with the wide side pointed down and thin side up. The movement is like just moving your wrist up and down with the icing bag. Kinda weird to explain but if you pratice it you will get it.
