I picked up a cookie recipe book in the grocery aisle not realizing many of the recipes call for BC Sugar Cookie Mix or Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix. Does anyone have any idea how I would substitute homemade cookie dough for this. I don't know how much liquid/oil/eggs to remove from the recipes or how much dough each package makes.
