Question, after i smooth my buttercream and do the viva and fondant smoother, my butter cream looks shiney. What causes this? I look at everyone's pictures and it looks hard white. thanks

I've found that the 0 trans fat shortening gives my crusting buttercream cakes a sheen that they didn't have before. JMHO
