Im in need of new cupcake recipes. Im adding a NEW cupcake menu to my business and I want to just gather as much information as I can and try new recipes before a full launch.

Can anyone share with me a great website to research or sahre your favorite recipes for cupcakes.

But seriously, an ignorant question: Do you really use different recipes for cakes VS cupcakes?

Dont you think its a little backwards? Adding the menu and then trying the recipes? Just my 2 cents....

Some of my cupcake recipes are only for cuppies, like my chocolate.

My chocolate cake recipe bakes up high and lovely when in cake pans, but sinks like a stone when made into cupcakes, so I had to develop a formula just for chocolate cuppies.

I'm a scratch baker and use totally different recipes for cupcakes to my big cakes.

my dh bought me a cookbook for Christmas, it's titled "500 Cupcakes" .... the only cupcake compedium you'll ever need by Fergal Connolly. He got it at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Very nice cookbook. It's about an inch thick and about 5" x 5". Lots of color pics. There's also muffins recipes. I haven't tried any of them yet, but there's mega ideas in it. Irish Barm Brack; Strawberries and Cream; Chocolate and Chili; Chai; you get the idea. I can't decide which ones to try first. yummy!

I have many ideas alread but was just asking for someone to share maybe something new. I know some people who uses different recipes such or have different creations as the frostings, fillings and garnish... this is what Im talking about .
