I made some NFSC dough a while back, then froze it. I pulled it out of the freezer about a week ago, but didn't get to baking before Christmas. Now I want to bake the cookies today for New Years cookies. Is it still safe to use? It's wrapped in parchment and in a ziploc bag. Thanks!

I think it should be ok as long it's being kept cold.

I think the worst thing that will have happened is it will have dried out some, in which case....bring it to room temp and add some water to it a tsp. at a time and work the dough with your hands to encorporate it.
