Well, I am finally making MYSELF a birthday cake! After all these years... and my husband said, "that's sort of weird", and I replied, "Not in the least...because I make the best cakes. Why wouldn't I want one of my own?!"

Anyway, I digress...it's my first is red velvet and I've heard cream cheese icing is the best. So, I"m going to give it a go. Oh, and I"m making a replica of my fave boots (one of them anyway). I'm the one that will cook and/or bake for shoes (or boots!)

Does it freeze okay? My b-day's in Jan. TIA icon_lol.gif
Happy Birthday to me....
