Last August we got wedding ones at Michaels. they weren't in with the candy molds, they were over in the wedding dept. It had 3 different styles per mold, and I think we paid $1.99 per mold, then of course used our coupons.....

Back in the mid 80's I had a homemade chocolate shop and we sold choc. covered oreo's, no design, just covered in chocolate, for $9.50 per lb.

I just print on a normal sheet and cut my images out. I suppose you could use the small round icing sheets for cookies (Lucks and a few other places have them)

Don't want to appear "duh" here but am not understanding. You use a normal printer and normal piece of paper with stuff printed on it?

I've had good success with painting the raised surfaces with luster dust.

You can also dry dust molds with luster dusts before putting the chocolate in... depending on how much dust you use, you'll get anywhere from a subtle effect to bold coloring.
