1. Cake decorating goals for 2010:
(Cake Related)
ICES San Deigo
Cake show (either Austin or the OKSSA)
Carve out more time to play with all the cool stuff (flower cutters and such) I have.
Actually use the Isomalt and sugar related stuff I bought at the convention this year.
Get my cake room orginized once and for all.

(Non Cake Related)
To finish losing weight once and for all.
Clean out and get my house organized (including going through all my clothes).
Save money so I can afford a new car by summer. (and go to ICES)

2. Wish List for the holidays?
I keep asking myself this, because my brother has been bugging me this week about what I want for Christmas and my Birthday. The things I am considering putting on my list are:

Second bowl and beater for my 6Q

Second bowl and beater for the other mixer (but I'm not sure if I ask for a 4.5Q to go with my mom's mixer that I use to carry back and forth to class or the 5Q my brother and SIL bought me last year that is on my mom's cabinet so it stays pretty and shiny.)

Renewed Subscription for MBN and ACD

Book/Video on Gumpaste Flowers and/or pulled/blown sugar

MP3 Player since mine is moody more often than not

White serving dishes, square or unsual shaped.
