Has anyone tried the strawberry cake filling recipe on Cake Central? I need a good strawberry cake filling that does not need to be refrigerated. This one seems like it will be OK. I am trying to figure out how much I need to make.
I am making a stacked cake (11x15 sheet, 8 in, and 6 in).
Any input or other recipe suggestions would be appreciated!

I think you could easily use this raspberry filling recipe, and just substitute the strawberries. I love this recipe! It's so awesome!
