I have taken the Wilton course 1 and now I would like to take course 3 and skip 2. Would that work-would I miss anything that I would need for course 3? TIA

Here's a rundown of course 2

week 1 (buttercream) - shell border review, rosette, reverse shell, rosebud, chrysanthemum.

week 2 (color flow and royal icing) - fill in, apple blossom, violet leaf, violet

week 3 (royal icing) - victorian rose, daisy, daffodil, pansy, primrose

week 4 (buttercream) - basketweave, rope

I think it's a good course to take. You should probably ask your instructor if she will let you skip the class.

Thank you! I might take course 2 now that I know whats in it. Also they don't have an instructor for course 3.

You don't have to take the courses in order. I took all the Wilton courses and course 2 was my last course. Once you have course 1, you can take any of the others in any order you choose.
