i am looking for a buttercream recipe that doesn't have to stay in the refridgerator but doesn't taste like crisco. i am making a cake for an anniversary and it is going to have to stay out overnight, all the recipes i've tried before either taste good and are hard to work with or they are great to work with and taste way to sweet and like crisco. anyone have a recipe that might work for me?
I don't like to use the crisco type of stuff so the recipe i have always been using so far has been an all butter buttercream that needs no refridgeration and it also crusts
Here is the link to where i posted about it before. If you want to make it you might want to use the larger recipe of it which is down the bottom of the thread or u can half it or make 3/4 of it.
