HI CC, I was wondering if anyone has used cream cheese icing for doing a buttercream transfer before......I have someone who wants a strawberry cake with cream cheese icing ( the transfer is going to be Snow White) an I was wanting to know if that was possible or if I should use regular buttercream, THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cream cheese frosting (icing) freezes very well. You'll want to make your transfer and then freeze it for a few minutes so it can be handled. Be very careful, it'll be fragil. Have fun.
