Domestically Disabled Needs Assistance... Pumpkin Roll ???

Please help! Which of these two pans that I have should I use to make a pumpkin roll recipe that calls for 15 x 10 x 1 ?

I have nice cookie sheets (that aren't an inch deep) or a disposable aluminum pan that's about 12 x 7.5 x 1? Which do you recommend I use? Never made this before and REALLY need help! Oh and Happy Thanksgiving!
