I made some pie dough last Thursday, it is wrapped and in the fridge. My question is "how long does the pie dough last in the fridge?"

Should I just toss it out and do a fresh batch of dough?

I'd toss it. I have a pie shell in my fridge that's going in dumper when I get home.

Fresh is best.
