I was making some poured windows and some spun sugar strands out of Isomalt last night. Now I have Isomalt stuck on a plastic bowl and on the outside of a sauce pan. I can get it off if I let them sit in boiling water for a while, but that's a huge PITA. Is there an easier way to clean it up?

I know when I have worked with sugar in the past making candies apples I just let the pot soak in some hot water in the sink...everything came off no problemicon_smile.gif

Ok. I tried that and was losing patience with how long it takes. Thanks for the reply though icon_smile.gif
