Hi everyone. I am making a cake using brown chocolate fondant ready made. Can I flavor store ready made fondant, what can I use to flavor it? Can I flavor the white store ready made fondant too and does the flavoring have to be clear, cause not all flavoring come clear? icon_sad.gif

It would be hard to add very much flavoring without the fondant getting sticky. A flavoring oil might work because it wouldn't take as much. If the flavoring has a color, your fondant will end up colored too.

I've used a bit of almond with Wilton and it worked well. I'm sure vanilla would be fine too...
