Question. Im making a shower cake for Saturday and plan to bake the cakes Thursday night. I am using a homemade raspberry filling and am wondering how is the best way to keep the cakes before I actually decorate on Friday. Do I need to refrigerate? Or if I cover them in fondant, is it ok to just wrap in plastic and leave out? The filling is just raspberries, sugar and corn starch. Thanks in advance!
