ok so i haven't caked for quite some time now ... so at work we are having a pot luck so iv decided to make mini cakes.. now i have a book that tells me i can use poured fondant to cover the mini cakes but can you use poured mmf???

It's really easy to cover cupcakes with regular MMF...just use a circle cutter the right size, cut out tons of circles, put a tiny smear of buttercream on top of each cupcake and stick a circle on. Run your fingers around the edge and you're done.

I put MMF on hot cookies to attach it, and it makes the MMF get much firmer than usual. I would think that poured MMF would probably be firmer too.
