I guess I should be grateful that he actually helps clean up the kitchen, but my DH is like a bull in a china shop sometimes. He was in the kitchen this morning, making all kinds of racket while he cleaned up the breakfast dishes and ended up shattering my favorite mixing bowl (oops - it slipped!). Wanted to kill him. Shattered porcelain everywhere including the dishwasher.

Now I get to look for a replacement (not easy since I've had this set of bowls forever).

Oh, I'm sorry that happened!

My daughter broke my orange Fire King mixing bowl a couple of years ago and I was very sad. Then last year I broke a bowl and a piece of it hit my leg and cut me badly enough that I had to have four staples. I was really glad that hadn't happened to Sophie when she broke the orange bowl.
