So I was just trying to make a batch of whipped cream and soon after the peaks formed it turned all watery on me. Is there any way of fixing this? Need help as I need to deliver in an hour! Yikes!

No, you overbeat it.....it starts to separate into butter past a certain point. You will have to redo it if you can...sorry...

Sorry - you now have butter. You will need to start over.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if I had over beat it since it never curdles. It had just turned watery.
