To quilt the sides of a cake, do I make my lines before I put the fondant on the cake, or do I do the lines once the fondant is on the cake? Once the fondant is on the cake, wouldn't it be difficult to get right down to the bottom of the cake with the roller? Also, I just want to do the sides and not the top. Not quite sure how to do this. Help Please!!
