Good morning all!
I was presented with quite an interesting dilemma last night.
My mom called and asked me if I could bake a cake or dessert for her and her new boyfriend for this Sunday. The only thing is that the dessert has to be sugar free.
That is one area that I have ABSOLUTELY no experience in. I personally dont care for artificial sweeteners, but I know that some people cannot have regular sugar.
Do any of you have a tried and true delicious sugar free cake, frosting, or dessert that I can try?

The best ones I've had have been made half & half with some sugar.
There are some mixes available at the store too.
Some are ok some suck.

Breyer's sugar free ice cream and you can get sugar free fudge topping is really good --and add sliced banana-- I realize there's nothing much to bake or decorate there but it's really good. The fudge sauce can cause gastric difficulty fyi.
