I am making a strawberry cake for my DD's birthday party on Saturday. What is a good filling to use on a strawberry cake?

You could use cream cheese frosting, lemon accented frosting, chocolate ganache, white chocolate frosting or ganache, vanilla bean pastry cream....strawberry preserves. I'm sure there's more....

Can't go wrong with chocolate. White or dark its gonna be tasty. if your looking for something on the lighter side, how about a cream cheese frosting with some lemon zest added to it?
