Help With Fondant Zebra Stripes

I have to make a cake with zebra stripes, is there a pattern to do these???? Ive never done them before. Thank you

I did my first zebra stripe cake last weekend. I looked at lots of different cakes before I decided to just paint the stripes on with Americolor super black thinned with a bit of vodka.

NOpe. Just look at a few pics on here. They are all different. just cut & paste. Don't worry about making them look too uniform. I think they look better in different lengths & sizes. Give yourself some time. It takes a while if you have a good size cake. Good luck =)

i have lots of zebra cakes, went through a spell of several weeks of nothing but that it seemed! check out my pictures, it gets easier with practice! just make sure to roll the fondant as thin as you can so that it blends into the fondant you put it on.
