I am in need of a reall good tasting fondant that is not too sweet. I have used the MMF and I thought that it was good but others said that they didn't care for it that much. If you have some good recipes for a regular fondant without marshmallows it would be great!!! Thanks all. icon_smile.gif

All fondant is sweet because it's mostly made out of powdered sugar. You might get better results with the MMF if you flavored it so it had a flavor other than just sweet...last weekend I made MMF with a tablespoon of powdered vanilla and a teaspoon of creme bouquet and it was wonderful. Other flavors that people seem to like a lot are orange, butter rum, coconut, raspberry (but it makes pink fondant), strawberry (again with the pink), etc...the Lorann oils are great for flavoring fondant.
