I am in need of a reall good tasting fondant that is not too sweet. I have used the MMF and I thought that it was good but others said that they didn't care for it that much. If you have some good recipes for a regular fondant without marshmallows it would be great!!! Thanks all.

All fondant is sweet because it's mostly made out of powdered sugar. You might get better results with the MMF if you flavored it so it had a flavor other than just sweet...last weekend I made MMF with a tablespoon of powdered vanilla and a teaspoon of creme bouquet and it was wonderful. Other flavors that people seem to like a lot are orange, butter rum, coconut, raspberry (but it makes pink fondant), strawberry (again with the pink), etc...the Lorann oils are great for flavoring fondant.
