Hello. I have tried using Toba's glace and was frustrated with not getting sharp lines and it being so messy to work with. Even when I add more xxx I can't get it right. I usually use Antonia's RI with Penny's Butter Cookies. I noticed on Penny's cookie recipe there is also a recipe for a basic glaze that is 1TB light corn syrup, 1/4 tsp extract, 3C xxx sugar and about 1/4 cup of warm water.
Anyone.... How do you think Penny's Glaze compares to Toba's in usage?
