New client asks about a wedding cake...told her the price per serving for what she wanted and what that would total for a large wedding. Tells me she'll get back to me. Actually does and says, "I decided I don't need to invite everyone I ever met to my wedding." Just paid her deposit this morn. No whining, no trying to get me to lower my price, she just acted like a grownup and did what she needed to do to be able to get the cake that she wanted! Now, how do we get them all to behave like that?
