Can anyone please tell me how I can make fondant or gumpaste a deep dark purple. Every purple colour I've tried ends up being more grey than purple. I've tried Wilton gel and Americolor too. Am I just being timid about putting enough in?
I need help!!

I think I've used Royal purple (Americolor) and added some black to it.

Thanks Jen. I think the Americolor I've got is 'violet'. I'll put royal purple in my next GSA order.

I mix red and purple together and add the smallest amount of black icon_smile.gif
